Leoline's parent company, IVC Group, have recently announced its acquisition of Trinterio. Within Trinterio there are 2 well known subdivisions to IVCgroup - Spanolux and Balterio. Spanolux produces MDF wood fibre boards and Balterio manufacture high-quality laminate flooring.
This takeover asserts IVC as a leading company within the hard and vinyl flooring sector and brings them on a par with the other leading manufacturers in Europe.
With our ever growing supply base getting stronger we will remain able to bring our customers cheap vinyl flooring from all the leading suppliers.
