Delivery Information
Please check the outer packaging for any damages to the goods before accepting them from the couriers. If you do discover that any of your item's packaging is damaged please either sign for the order as damaged or refuse the order before sending the couriers away.
Please be aware that if goods are requested to be "left safe" we accept no responsibility for the goods being damaged in transit.
We aim to deliver your order within three working days however please note that this does not apply to Highlands & Islands and certain parts of Scotland & Wales which may incur further delays
This also applies to the DX two man service which may also have delayed delivery times due to bigger bulk orders
Please note the DX couriers are unable to take goods upstairs in a block of flats or apartments, the drivers are only insured to deliver items on the ground floor and not up flights of staircases. We would advise that you have help on hand on the day of delivery to avoid any inconveniences.
Deliveries within three working days are based on the stock being available to dispatch and should there be any issues, we will contact you at the first opportunity and advise of any possible delay.
Once your order has been dispatched the couriers will contact you via text/email with the tracking details and the confirmation of the day of delivery.
The delivery window on the day of the delivery is from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday (Not Including Bank Holidays or Weekends).
Our courier operates a 'kerbside delivery' policy. This means that your order will be delivered and offloaded outside of your chosen delivery address. You should consider this when making your order, as you may need to organise for assistance to move your order inside.
Your order will be rolled around a cardboard tube and wrapped in 100% recyclable polyethylene for protection. Dependent on size and volume, your order may also be edge protected to prevent damage in transit.
Our standard delivery fee of £39.95 applies to most UK mainland postcodes. Delivery to Highlands and islands postcodes is available on a 5-10 working day service at a cost of £59.95
Missed or failed deliveries: Our courier service will attempt to re-deliver your items the next working day.
The collection service with the DX couriers is kerbside, please be aware that the driver will possibly need help loading your item on to the vehicle and we would advise to have help on the day of collection.
We would strongly advise against booking in any fitters until you receive your goods to avoid any inconveniences
