Why are Cormar Carpets one of our favourite manufacturers?
1. British Made - All the ranges are made in the UK in Lancashire and Cormar are one of the UK's largest producers of wool carpets. Infact, over two thirds of the product ranges are wool or wool blend carpets.
2. Fast Delivery - we usually receive deliveries at least twice a week, so if fast delivery is important to you a Cormar Carpet should fit the bill.
3. Quality – Cormar are very proud of the materials they produce. From the supply of the raw materials all the way through to the finished product, quality is the main focus.
4. Award Winning - In 2013 Cormar were once again awarded the Supplier of the Year by the leading independent retail buying groups. This is an accolade they have now achieved for the ninth time in 14 years. No UK carpet manufacturer has ever managed this before.
5. Privately Owned – Cormar are a family owned company so they can focus on what is important to them and not what the city wants to see, as is the case with many PLC companies that have to keep the City happy
With leading wool ranges including Avebury, Berwick, Home Counties, Town and Country and Natural Berber Twist there is a style and colour to suit all homes. An amazing fact is that Cormar estimate that over four million sheep fleeces are used to spin wool yarn for their carpets every year!
